This month in Circle of Change, we are exploring the idea of living with more intention.

In this short reflection, I take subscribers a little deeper with a deceptively simple but surprisingly powerful practice…

Today I made it my dominant intention to notice beauty.

As I’ve moved through the day, I’ve consciously sought out the things that I consider beautiful - the Dordogne river flowing down the valley trees, the colours of our Caprese salad for lunch, the gentle unfurling of the peonies in the garden, the old buildings which fill the medieval villages around us.

I’ve shared a few photos below from moments that caught my attention today. 🌿

Some of the beauty I have noticed today

What is your dominant intention today?

Inside Circle of Change, I explore how consciously orienting our attention can quietly shape not only our days, but our nervous systems, relationships, and experience of life itself.
